About Little Yogi Yoga
Little Yogi Yoga opened in January 2009, traveling to child care facilities and schools to offer yoga to children of all ages. As we quickly grew, we expanded to make classes available to all children in the Brazos Valley, as well as introduce a Hatha Yoga class for adults. Look for our new studio of yoga and massage therapy coming soon!

Certified YogaFit
Certified Child Yoga Instructor (Radiant Child Yoga Program)
Certified Personal Trainer (AFAA)
Yoga became part of my life during my freshman year of college as a way to relieve stress. After practicing for over 5 years, I finally decided that it was time to share the journey with others and began my 200-RYT with YogaFit during the summer of 2008. In order to enhance my training and find unique ways to bring yoga to children, completed the Radiant Child Yoga Program, Levels 1 and 2 with Shakta Kaur Khalsa, RCYP Founder and Director. With guidance from God, the support and ideas of my wonderful husband, Jon, and my active two year old, Aiden, I have been able to create Little Yogi Yoga. I also teach classes at daycares, such as Southwood Learning Center in College Station, TX. In addition to being the owner, director, and instructor of Little Yogi Yoga, I am also a Certified Personal Trainer (AFAA) and adult/group yoga instructor (YogaFit). I thank you in advance for allowing me the opportunity to work with you and your children.
